Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

As every order is a custom order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind. Please carefully examine your artwork before approving the proof.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing time may vary.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at hello@stickybiz.com.au and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
